healthy, refreshing, and perfect for summer
Hi , This morning, I woke up to a surprise: I wasn't craving my usual bowl of oatmeal. It must be the changing seasons (happy June, by the way!), because I wanted something - fresher,
- fruitier,
- and, well, more fun.
I wanted a smoothie. 3 Fun Smoothies to Make This Summer Luckily, I always keep a giant bag of frozen blueberries on hand, so I was able to blend up this blueberry smoothie today (delicious!). But it's not the only smoothie I'll be making this summer. Here are 3 more I can't wait to have in my rotation: Kale adds tons of nutrients to this smoothie, but it doesn't overwhelm the flavor. Peaches and ginger make it sweet and refreshing. | So classic, so good!
