Wish your kid ate more foods?

Hi there,

"I wish my kid ate more foods."

I've heard that from many of you over the years.

You're frustrated.

Maybe you feel stuck.

You've tried different foods in the past, and your efforts have crashed and burned.

So, understandably, you just stopped offering.

I get it. When your kids refuse a food multiple times, it's easy to write off that food forever.

And if you've got a particularly finicky kid, it's easy to write off foods they haven't even tried, assuming they'd never, ever like (insert potentially-scary food here...I'm looking at you, mushrooms!).

If you wish your kids ate more foods--but feel intimated or discouraged about serving those foods, I wanted you to know about a step-by-step guide I created for trying nine different foods (like fish, cauliflower, and even tofu) with your family.

The e-book is based on an email challenge I did that nearly 1,000 parents took--but I expanded it to include four additional foods, even more serving ideas, and more recipes.

You can choose between a PDF you can download instantly OR as a full-color, spiral-bound hard copy. Tap the button below to get it.

Let's do this!

Because yes, kids CAN learn to like new foods--AND give previously-rejected foods another shot.

This book can help you make that happen.

Warmly,
Sally
