Soup for Your Soul

Hi ,

In my first cookbook, I wrote that "Soup is love." To me, no food is more

  • soothing,
  • nourishing, or
  • comforting.

Making it is meditative, and eating it is healing.

It's my favorite part of winter. On a cold, snowy day, there's nothing cozier than the smell and sound of soup simmering away on the stove.

5 Soup Recipes to Warm Your Soul

These 5 soup recipes are some of my favorites. They're warming and wholesome - the perfect way to nourish your body and boost your spirits.

I hope you love them as much as I do!
