Hi there!   Happy weekend everyone! Earlier this week, I was trying to finish up another recipe post but then I realized Super Bowl weekend is just a week away!!   Although I know life is just not the same and most of us cannot have a proper Super Bowl party, I thought I should share a fun appetizer idea so you can at least kind of pretend that you are having a party! 🎉🏈🎉  Good food is at least half the fun, right??   Kimchi Quesadillas or Kim-Dilla according to some, have become another favorite easy Korean fusion appetizer for me lately. I made it for our outdoor neighborhood gathering last fall (when we were allowed to gather in small groups with proper distance) and everyone loved it!!

This is a simple and addictive Tteokbokki recipe made by sautéing the rice cakes in spicy chili oil and soy sauce! So easy and good to eat for a couple hours - doesn't have to be hot.

Crispy Korean Fried Chicken in a sweet and spicy garlic soy sauce. What goes better with football than chicken wings + beer (mekju 맥주)?! Can you say 치맥 Chimek (CHIcken 🍗 + MEKju 🍺)? psst - with KFC, try either mild Korean beers like OB or a light IPA like Hazy Little Thing or Pseudo Sue Pale Ale.
