New COVID-19 Case Information January 1, 2021 In observation of the holiday, the Situation Update for COVID-19 will not be updated today. Updates will resume tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 2 with data from Thursday, Dec. 31. The Situation Update for COVID-19 posted on Sunday, Jan. 3 will include data for two days: Friday, Jan. 1 and Saturday, Jan. 2. For that reason newly reported case and death numbers may appear greater than normal on that day. We hope you and your loved ones have a happy and safe holiday!
