When the weather starts to cool down, there’s nothing better than coming home to a big pot of hearty soup—and this Slow Cooker Spicy Cabbage Beef Soup is one of my favorites! π²
The best part is how easy it is. Brown the ground beef, add everything to the slow cooker, and let it do the rest. Cook it on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours, and you’ll have a hearty meal ready to ladle into bowls.
It’s also low carb, budget-friendly, and great for leftovers. And if you don't eat low carb, try adding a can of kidney beans and serving it with cornbread. I especially love this Air Fryer Cornbread or these Air Fryer Jiffy Corn Muffins.
If you love a hearty bowl of soup, here are a few more recipes to put on your list:
Vegetable Beef Soup- This old-fashioned Southern soup is loaded with beef and vegetables and is a great way to use up whatever vegetables you have on hand.
Crockpot Spicy Vegetable Beef Soup- Ground beef, potatoes, and vegetables simmer together in a flavorful tomato broth. It makes a big batch and freezes well.
Pulled Pork Vegetable Soup- The smokiness of pulled pork adds such a great flavor to the broth and vegetables and it’s a great way to use up leftover pulled pork.
Happy Cooking!
