​ ​ ​ Hi reader, I just published another Recipe Testing post! As you know, every recipe on my website goes through multiple rounds of testing. It's no different for the recipes in my upcoming cookbook, so I thought it would be fun to show you some behind-the-scenes and sneak peeks. 📚 Cookbook Recipe Testing: ​ Inside today's sneak peek post, you'll see that I found the perfect millionaire bar and brownie recipes, turned wilted hi-hat cupcakes into masterpieces, tested the remainder of the recipes, submitted my manuscript, nearly finished all the photography, and can finally take it all in! 🍪 This will be my biggest cookbook yet with 100+ fully photographed and meticulously tested recipes.
