Not only is this 3 ingredient recipe BE-YOND simple to toss into your crock pot then slow cook and shred to use in enchiladas, quesadillas, soups, nachos, or rice bowls, but the resulting shredded chicken freezes beautifully and thaws quickly.
Another thing I like to do with this recipe is combine the ingredients in a Ziplock freezer bag then freeze flat. When I'm ready to slow cook I thaw the pouch in the fridge 24 hours ahead of time then pour into into the crock pot and press "on".
