Favorite 4th of July Recipes

I can't believe the 4th of July is next week! This year is flying by.

I love 4th of July recipes that are festive and easy to make for a crowd. Below are a bunch of tried and true favorites.

Happy 4th of July!

Frozen Watermelon Margaritas- these slushie watermelon-flavored margaritas make such a refreshing cocktail. For fun, decorate them with a few mini chocolate chips to look like watermelon seeds.

Bourbon BBQ Burgers are flavored with bourbon and bbq sauce and topped with Colby Jack cheese, onion rings, and a smoky BBQ mayonnaise for a fantastically delicious southern burger. So much smoky, sweet flavor!

Topped with a southern favorite, Pimento Cheese, this Southern Pimento Cheese Burger is over the top. A basic ground beef burger gets a flavor explosion when topped with a mixture of cheddar cheese, mayo, cream cheese, and pimentos.

Hot Dog Chili is the perfect topping for your grilled hot dogs at your next cookout. Also goes great on burgers!

Oven-Roasted Beef Brisket with Bourbon Peach Glaze is coated in a rub, oven roasted until tender and then glazed with a deliciously sweet and a little spicy Peach Bourbon Glaze. It's the perfect flavor combination for summer.

Sweet Tea Fried Chicken is brined in sweet tea for flavor and fried until wonderfully crispy. Chicken doesn't get any more southern than this. A glass of sweet tea is a natural accompaniment to fried chicken so why not combine the two?

Spicy Bacon Baked Beans are packed full of flavor and heat and they have lots of bacon for plenty of smokiness.

Loaded Ranch Potato Salad is a creamy potato salad full of bacon, cheddar cheese, and Ranch seasoning. You can't go wrong with that flavor combination.

Creamy and crunchy Blue Cheese Bacon Coleslaw is the perfect tangy/salty side dish for burgers, hot dogs or any grilled meat.

Sweet Vinegar Coleslaw is a sweet and tangy non-mayo based coleslaw that makes a great addition to any bbq or picnic. I think it is my very favorite coleslaw recipe. It has a pickled taste to it which I love.

Corn on the Cob is a must for the 4th and I think this is the BEST WAY to cook corn.

Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Strawberries are a simple patriotic dessert with a sweetened cream cheese filling topped with blueberries.

Red, White and Blue Cheesecake Salad is a wonderful patriotic dessert full of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and marshmallows all coated in a creamy and rich cheesecake filling.

A colorful Red, White, and Blue Fruit Salad tossed with a minty dressing is perfect for a 4th of July BBQ or any summer picnic.

Red, White & Blue Jello Salad is a wonderful patriotic dessert with delicious layers of gelatin and fresh fruit. It's a refreshing treat for a 4th of July picnic.

This sweet and salty Firecracker Popcorn is coated in white chocolate and sprinkled with star sprinkles and Pop Rocks to make fireworks in your mouth. It's a 4th of July treat people won't be able to stop talking about.

Brownie Flag makes a fun, 4th of July dessert. Covered with white frosting, fresh blueberries, and sliced strawberries.
