It's summer and the berries are popping! And if you have little kids, your bank account must also be popping because 💸💸💸. We have a steady stream of cartons of berries all summer long just for snacking, but these are some of my favorite ways to use them beyond the fridge drawer—bars, salads, muffins, and more!
#1: Triple Berry Cheesecake Muffins
"Oh. Em. Gee. I would give these seven stars. Like something from a high-end bakery and not hard at all to make." - Ann
"This is the perfect summer cocktail hour appetizer. It's the best mix of creamy, crispy, tart, sweet… so good! I'll definitely be making this over and over." - Marissa
"This is seriously the best salad. My 8-year-old requested it as her back-to-school dinner. The child could pick anything and she picked this. We were all thrilled." - Afton
"OK, so I just made these and they look superb!! And then I tasted them. Oh my gosh, I love the biscuit layer, I love the tangy but subtly sweet raspberry filling (which turned out perfectly) and the crisp on top just makes this perfection." - Danielle
"This is absolutely beyond delicious. I have a hard time making it because I end up eating it all myself! I have added peaches when blueberries were running low and have made it with apples. I try to keep blueberries in the freezer for this specific recipe in the winter. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!" - Tish
