Hi there reader, Our newest Early Release recipe is Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies! 🍪 Inspired by Dubai Chocolate- my favorite new treat from our recent trip. Have you ever tasted it? WOWzer it is good stuff! 🍫 (I couldn't find this exact brand in the states, but linked one that looks similar) ✨This recipe isn't even on our site yet! I'm so excited to share it with our loyal email subscribers!💝 The dough has ground pistachios for a nutty flavor, plus I packed it with dark chocolate chunks, chocolate chips, and more crunchy pistachio pieces. Top them with a pinch of flaky salt—because why not? These are AMAZING!! The perfect mix of sweet and salty, in a chewy cookie. ➡️Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe​ Get the Full Printable Recipe! Ingredients: ​Pistachios​ ​All-purpose flour ​ ​Baking ​soda​ ​ ​Salt ​ Butter  ​Light brown sugar​ ​Granulated sugar​ Egg ​Vanilla Extract or even better- use homemade!​ Chopped Semi-Sweet Chocolate or Chocolate Chips (I used half of each) ​Flake Salt​ ✨Tip: Add larger pistachio chunks when you add the chocolate chips (I like to mix in chocolate chunks, too, for variety!) ❤️Spain doesn't have any good chocolate chips, so we reserve USA chocolate chips only for special occasions😆and these cookies really qualify as a special occasion! 🎉 Get the Full Printable Recipe & Instructions!
