Both legislative chambers released budget proposals, with the Senate plan at $117.36 billion and the House at $112.9 billion. Both proposals came in below the adjusted revenue total of $118.6 billion for the current year.

SpaceX's privately funded Fram2 mission will be the first human spaceflight to cruise over Earth's polar regions. Four astronauts will be aboard for the four-day orbital mission.

If weather conditions allow, Fram2 could launch as soon as tonight aboard SpaceX's Crew Dragon capsule Resilience. The capsule will carry a variety of scientific experiments, launching from NASA's Kennedy Space Center.

Named after a Norwegian ship that explored the Arctic and Antarctic regions at the turn of the 20th century, Fram2 will be SpaceX's sixth privately funded astronaut mission and Resilience's fourth launch.
