Most parents have a list of foods they wish their kids ate. I'm guessing you do too. You may have given up for now. Or you may occasionally put it on the table and feel another wave of frustration when it's met with "yuck" and "gross". You know you should keep trying. But it feels pointless. Wouldn't it be nice to have a plan, a step-by-step process that could make these foods more familiar to your kids? Because foods that are familiar are more likely to be tried...and, just maybe, even liked! I created my guidebook Let's Try New Foods! to give you that plan. It's full of baby steps for trying 10 different foods-the ones so many of you have said are on your wish-list, like salad, fish, and cauliflower. As one mom said after using my guidebook, "This was what motivated me to be brave and try new foods with my kids. Just having someone say, 'Ok, let's try…' already makes it easier." Wouldn't it be nice to add another food (or two, three, or four) to your child's repertoire? Wouldn't it feel nice to be working toward your family eating the same foods at mealtime? Wouldn't it be nice to have a plan? If so, tap the button below to peek inside. Because yes, kids CAN learn to like new foods--and give previously-rejected foods another shot. As a former picky eater, I know from experience that they can. Yours can too! 😊 Best, Sally |
