I'm so excited you're here and that we're doing this together. Just by showing up today, you've already taken a huge step toward resetting your habits, boosting your energy, and getting back to feeling like YOU again.
Just in case you still need it. Here's the Smoothie Guide & meal plan.
Now, here's the plan for today:
✅ Smoothie for breakfast
✅ Mason jar salad for lunch
✅ Keep dinner & snacks simple (optional ideas are in your guide!)
Share a pic of either one or both in the FB group.
That's it. No overthinking. No trying to be perfect. Just focus on those two core meals and let everything else flow from there.
Quick Tips for Day 1:
- If you're still prepping today, that's okay! Start with what you can and aim to have tomorrow's smoothie and salad ready to go tonight.
- Don't stress about dinner—this isn't about all-or-nothing. We're building momentum, not chasing perfection.
- Hydrate! Sometimes when we're low energy or snacky, we're actually just thirsty. Keep that water bottle close.
Mindset Reset
This challenge is about more than food—it's about reminding yourself that you are capable of creating change. Today might feel exciting, or maybe even a little overwhelming. Either way, just keep it simple and take it one day at a time.
