Preparing mason jar salads on Sundays for the week is a priority to me. Even if I don't have time to make anything else, I carve out the time to prepare salads.
✅ Lunch is ready for the week. These salads were a lifesaver when I worked 40+ hours a week outside the house, and even though I work from home now, mason jar salads still make my life easier.
✅ It guarantees I'll eat a salad every day. Truthfully, if I had to make a salad every afternoon, I'd never eat it.
✅ Portion control. When I make mason jar salads, I know precisely how many calories I'm eating for lunch that week. I don't even need to think about it because it's already figured out.
✅ They're delicious. I look forward to eating my salad all morning.
