I nominate myself as the world's leader of the chocolate lovers, and as such I can say with authority that this cake is truly the most satisfying version of chocolate we fanatics can make or eat!! You'll be like me, baking this (simple! really!) recipe for every special celebration you can think of, from Easter to holidays, Valentine's, birthdays, and back again. Also wonderful: this chocolate torte. It does include a dash of flour in the batter and bakes up in a beautiful rustic brownie-like fashion. Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve with whipped cream and raspberries.
