Our Smoothie Salad Reset Challenge Starts Monday, March 31st!
I'm so excited you're participating because I know how powerful this reset can be.
This super simple reset has been my go-to for over a decade. Anytime I'm feeling off track, burnt out, overwhelmed, or just not in the mood to focus on healthy eating, this reset flips the switch for me—and I know it can do the same for you.
Remember, this reset is meant to be super simple. Why? Because I want you to actually do it!
From Monday to Friday, all you need to do is drink one smoothie and eat one mason jar salad each day—that's it!
I've given you my absolute favorite smoothie and mason jar salad recipes, but if you want to make swaps, you'll find suggestions in the guide.
I also included some easy meal starters for dinner, but these are totally optional. The only thing you need to focus on is one smoothie and one mason jar salad per day for 5 days—simple, right?
Step 3: Prep Ahead on Sunday
This part is huge. Take about an hour on Sunday to prep your freezer smoothie kits and mason jar salads for the week. I give instructions in the guide.
Why? Because meal prep is the not-so-secret secret to sticking to healthy eating. 😉
Having these two meals ready to go means:
✅ No scrambling to figure out what to eat ✅ No excuses to grab something unhealthy ✅ More time and energy to focus on your busy day
