Good morning! Seriously, how are we already in March? It's wild. Honestly, February was a blur for me because I was so sick—it barely even felt like it happened!
But I'm feeling much better now, and this past week, I was back in action. My daughter had her final two cheer competitions, which also means my last competitions as a cheer mom. I can't believe it! This has been such a busy season of life, and with my youngest daughter graduating in June, it all feels like it's coming to a close. It's bittersweet—so many amazing memories, and now it's all becoming part of the past. Time really does fly!

My Goals for the Week
This week, I'm focusing on getting back into my routine. My theme for March is movement, along with keeping up my go-to daily habits: smoothies and mason jar salads for all my fruits and veggies.
Here's what I'm working on:
✅ Move my body for at least 30 minutes a day – The goal is to get back into my rhythm.
✅ Meal prep my smoothie kits and mason jar salads – Having them ready to go makes healthy eating effortless.
✅ Drink 64 ounces of water daily – I'll fill up two mason jars in the morning and sip on them throughout the day.
✅ Keep my 5 PM phone-off habit – I started this a few weeks ago, and I love it. So, I'm keeping it going for March!
