Put Lebanese on the menu for Easter, from pomegranate lamb to Leb rice, salads, easy apps, desserts and more.
~ Your List for Lebanese Easter Recipes ~ There may be no greater holiday feast for all of our Lebanese favorites than Easter. It's the biggie, the time when we roast the lamb, make the kibbeh, roll the grapeleaves, make a fattoush. And the baking, this is my sweet spot and so many of yours too. The ka'ik, the ma'amoul, the baklawa. Plus tarts, cakes, pies...after weeks of Lenten no-sweets around here, I'm SO ready for all of our favorites. I put together this great big list that has us covered with good ideas and recipes that succeed as we get our menus together this week. Add a Lebanese dish to your menu! Let me know what you'll be making, and any questions along the way. . . the joy of keeping Lebanese traditions alive is doing it together. Be sure to tag me on social when you post photos of your deliciousness! @maureenabood | | |
