My 4 self-care essentials | Recent FAVOURITE book, show, accessories & eats | Plus NEW! Kitchen find
Over the last few weeks we've celebrated community supper clubs at Plants, launched another fifteen products into the Plants range (hello hazelnut milk, veggie burgers and the best tofu ever), received our first merch into the office and started the install of a brand new studio kitchen (pics coming soon!). My youngest daughter, May, started nursery and we booked a very spontaneous holiday to Spain for a week, starting tomorrow It's been a bit of a whirlwind but an incredibly exciting one and I'm absolutely full of gratitude about the opportunity's life is presenting at the moment. I hope you're feeling the same spring in your step and my picks below help with a little extra self-care. | |
| | Blueberry Smoothie Life is very busy at the moment (to say the least!), so quick meals are essential. I've been making this smoothie on repeat - ½ an avocado, lots of frozen berries, 1 date, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds and a scoop of Wild Nutrition protein powder. It gives me so much energy and takes 2 minutes to make! |

| Sarah Chapman Sheet Masks I love a good face mask, looking after my skin is a bit part of self-care for me. I've just discovered these and I'm not joking when I say they're the most effective mask I've ever tried. Never felt a glow like it! |

| | 'Love who you are' Meditation I worked with Aisha last year and she genuinely changed my life, so I invited her to record some meditations for us all on our app. I've been using them every day to keep my mindset calm, grounded, nourishing and positive. Having her little library of self-care meditations feels like such a blessing. |

| Neals Yard Eucalyptus Balm Hay fever has come at me hard this year, so I've been looking for every day remedies to support the cold symptoms I've been getting. I just love this balm, it's been a godsend. I use it on the kids too when they're snotty. |

| Frothy hazelnut milk is my new go-to and this frother is such a good little tool for the kitchen. | |
| More plants cap I just love this. Got it packed for my holiday tomorrow (and our new tote bag too!). Wild rice rainbow salad with pickled chilli This is one of the best salads I've ever made, it comes together in 30 minutes, it's packed with different flavours and textures and the dressing will become an absolute staple in your life! 10/10 recommend making this one. If you're in need of some more inspiration, I've created an article with my current favourite recipes. | Manifest: Dive Deeper I love Roxie's work, her first book, Manifest, was such a hit and we did a brilliant Manifest meditation with her on the app that I still use all the time. I've finally gotten round to reading her second book and really enjoying the daily prompts to keep going after my goals. Ted Lasso My favourite TV show this year (we binged seasons 1 and 2 in January). It's light hearted, feel good TV that makes the world seem like a brighter place! | If you want to unsubscribe from our mailing list, click here Floor 1, 250 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7QZ | | |
