New recipe! ⭐️ 5-Minute Spicy Chickpea Salad


Hi reader,

The plant-powered lunch that has been stealing our hearts this month is this Chickpea Salad. Now, we've definitely been known to occasionally side-eye a plain old chickpea and place it firmly in the "meh" category, but this. THIS!

We certainly didn't invent putting chickpeas through a quick food processor pulse so it gets all perfectly textured and then mixing it up with some mayo and sriracha, but we are here for it! It's sandwichable, dippable, spoonfulable, any -able you want.

Grab some microgreens, some avocado, some toasty bread, an abundance of everything bagel seasoning, and get to lunching, friends!
