Well, here we are - it's August this week! 🤯 And it's that weird time of summer where back-to-school is looming, but the summer vibes are still vibing and I need the perfect mix of fresh and easy when it comes to dinnertime. So welcome to my meal plan for this week! Let's go.
#1: Roasted Peanut Kale Crunch Salad
