Happy February!
February is always a busy month for our family. Today is my dad's birthday, my birthday is on Sunday, then we have the Super Bowl, Valentine's Day, All-Star weekend, and President's Day. All in one short month! WHEW!
Let's kick-off the month with some super delicious recipes! We have to make sure we eat well this month!

- Lentil Soup- healthy and hearty!
- Vegetarian Bolognese- so much flavor!
- Stromboli- great for game day!
- Chicken Tortilla Soup- the toppings are so fun!
- Pretzel Bites- SO fun!
- Flourless Chocolate Cake- perfect for Valentine's Day!
- Chocolate Covered Strawberries- fingers crossed we can all find good strawberries:)
- Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies- pictured above!
- Monster Cookie Bars- craving these!
