Dear ooseims.archieves@blogger.com
I don't know about you, but I'm head over heels for potatoes. Whether they're cut into french fries, shaped into creamy patties for aloo tikki, or doused in spicy curry gravy, you can count on me to help you eat them. Plus, they're super inexpensive, making them one of my favorite additions to nearly any dinner table.
Today, though, I'm going to teach you how to make potatoes as they do in the UK and America — as fluffy, creamy, cozy, starchy, flavorful Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Made with just a handful of ingredients in under 30 minutes using just a single pot, these light-as-a-cloud spuds are loaded with garlicky flavor and just begging to be served with any of your favorite meals.
Oh, and for all of my friends who don't eat garlic? Not to worry — this recipe for "mashies" is quite delicious without any alliums.
