This coming month we'll see the first day of spring and the promise of longer, sunnier days. ☀️ The start of a new season always gives me fresh baking inspiration like miniature tea cakes and pistachio cookies. And, of course, I'll be baking my late grandmother's recipe for Irish Soda Bread.
