My Mom's Oven-Fried Chicken.

Game day chicken favorites. Use this method for pieces, wings, pork chops. The results are crispy outside, moist inside, and no fry mess.

~ Oven Fry It ~

My mom always oven-fried her chicken. Except when my brother called fried chicken for his birthday dinners, and made it specific: DEEP FRIED, Mom. Of course she did it, but the rest of the time, her chicken dusted in seasoned flour, baked and drizzled with a tiny bit of butter was the ticket. For me, oven-fry is one of my go-to methods: chicken pieces (those thighs!), wings, pork chops. Your game day fare just got its marching orders.

The seasoned flour for these is spiced with paprika, granulated garlic, pepper, and plenty of salt.
Add Za'atar or 7-Spice for flair.
