Intentions for the Week Posted: 11 Jan 2021 01:22 AM PST Intentions for the Week List- Week 2 of 2021 Happy Monday, friends! Ready to face a new week? We stayed at home all weekend again. Watched Friday Night Lights (again!) finished Bloodline (whew!) and spent time cleaning up some spaces in our house. Cooper too! I put together a new rolling cart for my office and set it up with all of my merch. I’m hoping to get back in a good meal prep rhythm. It’s mostly so I can eat more vegetables. Let’s take a moment and write down our Intentions for the Week, shall we? Intention for the Week: - STAY HEALTHY
- EAT HEALTHY
- DRINK WATER
- MOVE MY BODY
- therapy
- pick up RX
- clean out the fridge/meal prep?
- keep Cooper on track with school
- track what I eat in my food journal this week
- send thank-you notes
- laundry
- work on binder
- clean up my office
- back up photos
- spend quality time with my family
- bounce on my trampoline
- go for a long walk (if the weather is nice)
- cut down caffeine consumption
- get rid of clutter around the house
- work in my Currently Workbook
- fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
- make a grocery list/grocery shop
- submit my Imperfect produce order
- make a new recipe/take photos
- package/ship for The Handwriting Club
- track my steps on my fitbit
- paint my nails
- catch up on writing
- catch up on social media
- go to Post Office
- read horoscope

- water indoor plants

- get good sleep
- watch how much time I spend on the phone
