Thank you to everyone who took the time to share what they would like to see on RecipeTin Eats in 2021! It's really helpful to know so I can narrow down my list. So much good food in this world! So hard to choose!
I will share the themes that I see and what my plan for 2021 is once I catch up on all the messages.
In the meantime, we're still on recipes that I had already created. This Blueberry Cake in particular I don't want to hold back because blueberries are so GOOD and cheap right now in Australia!

Lemon Blueberry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
A combination that can't be beat - a plush lemon infused cake dotted with a generous amount of blueberries with a lemon cream cheese frosting. It's ridiculously good!
Life of Dozer
I've been trying to teach him to bow on command all his life, but he does it with vigour after every shower. Desperately trying to rub off the cleanness I suppose. I guess I should be grateful he does it on concrete instead of a mud pit (which he totally would if there was one in sight).
