You've likely heard of meal prep bowls. If not, then I'm sure you've seen pictures of them on Instagram and Pinterest. These "bowls" are containers (round or rectangle) that include individual prepared meals.
Meal prep bowls are so helpful when trying to eat healthy and lose weight. The meals are prepared ahead of time, along with the nutritional information. You start the week knowing with all of your calories planned out in advance. Having portion-controlled meals ready to eat helps keep you on track with your weight loss goals.
If you're struggling to keep calories under control, I strongly recommend putting together meal prep bowls.
