There are new rules for transfers of civil explosives from outside the UK into GB.
The ICT system is no longer applicable for transfers into GB and you will need a new GB transfer approval.
Traceability of civil explosives
The UK requirement for civil explosives to be marked with a unique identification has not changed.

Placing civil explosives on the market
There are new rules for placing civil explosives on the market.
The UKCA mark will replace the CE mark for civil explosives placed on the UK market.
