What You Need to Know About Breast Health

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) posted three Consumer Updates on the importance of breast health.

Learn about:

  • The benefits of mammography and get answers to frequently asked questions about mammograms.
  • Thermography, which is not a replacement for a mammogram. A mammogram is still the most effective tool for detecting breast cancer.
  • The risks of breast implants.
