Hey there reader,
How's January treating you? I can't believe we're already one month into 2021.
If you're moving along full-steam on new habits and routines, then keep it going! If you're struggling a bit to stay on track, no worries, just take a step back, do some planning, and get back in the game.
Honestly, these last six weeks have been a struggle for me. Between the holidays, my daughter getting Covid, having to deal with quarantine, and everything else life threw at me, it was tough to stay on track. And, trust me, I tried.
But unfortunately, I fell off my exercise routine that I worked so hard solidifying over the last five months. Don't get me started on food.
The reason I'm sharing this is because I want you to know that I'm human. Life happens, and sometimes I struggle just like everyone else.
However, this week I finally felt back to normal. I pushed myself to get back into my exercise routine. During the week, I started slow just to get back into the habit, and by the end of the week, I was running and completed my full toning routine.
It felt AWESOME!
Here are my goals for the week. I'll share February goals in next Sunday's newsletter.
Exercise 4 times. I plan to follow week 1 in my Organize Yourself Skinny 30-day workbook.
Drink a smoothie every day. I need smoothies. Like, NEED THEM. I feel hydrated, better focused, and 100% less bloated.
Work on a monthly meal plan for February. My goal is to purchase ingredients in bulk once a month, so I only need to grab fresh fruits and veggies. Planning and shopping in bulk will save time and money.
