Chinese New Year is almost here! Did you know that while the first day of the Year of the Ox falls on February 12, the actual holiday, known in China as The Spring Festival, actually lasts over 2 weeks? While we may be celebrating only with family and friends in our immediate "bubble" this year, that doesn't mean we can't have all our Chinese New Year favorites. Make it a two-week-long celebration, and spread these recipes out in smaller feasts from February 12 through the Lantern Festival on February 26, which marks the official end of the festivities!
