Look, this past weekend I brought you a pretty spectacular, but incredibly indulgent snack.
So this week I thought I'd balance it out with a recipe on the lighter side. It's still a little salty, but takes 300% less work and is definitely 300% less calories:
Nutritional Yeast Popcorn Seasoning!
Now it may not sound catchy, but give nutritional yeast a chance if you've never tried it! It's nutty, savory, and some would say a little cheesy in flavor.
However you want to describe it, it makes popcorn super tasty--I also add a little salt and garlic powder for extra boldness in this seasoning.
On top of being delicious, nutritional yeast makes this popcorn a nutrient powerhouse! It's packed with so much protein and a bunch of vitamins and minerals!
It's a healthy snack you can feel really, really, great about eating!!
