Today I'm bringing you a really easy and delicious recipe---like seriously, it only takes like 5 seconds to mix:
Naturally Sweetened Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding!
This breakfast pudding is so creamy and so delicious that it doesn't taste healthy at all! But the real story is that it's packed with fiber, protein, calcium, and Omega-3's! It's naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup and pure vanilla extract, so there are no artificial or empty ingredients in this recipe.
Oh also... it's gluten free, dairy free, and vegan friendly!
This pudding makes a great healthy start to the day, or even a hearty snack for a mid-day pick me up.
