While it seems like everyone is already reaching for pumpkin spice (already?!), I'm still fully embracing stone fruit season. Juicy peaches, tangy and sweet plums, honey-like pluots! The varieties are never-ending, and I can't get enough. But when I maybe overdo it at the farmer's market, these are the recipes I turn to to get the most out of this peak summer fruit.
