Adding these frosted walnut bars to my fall baking list, too! I've never had Crumbl mint brownie cookies, but my kids LOVE mint chocolate chip cookies, so I bet they'd love these! Oh my goodness, brown sugar cinnamon was my favorite pop-tart flavor as a kid, so I CANNOT WAIT to make these brown sugar cinnamon pop tart bars.
