Hi friends- It's a leap year, February has an extra day tomorrow, but then it's March 1st on Friday! I am looking forward to March because it will be SPRING! Easter is also in March this year, so it will be a busy and fun month! I put together a DELICIOUS list of recipes for you to make in March! Let me know what you make. Happy cooking and baking! ​ RECIPES TO MAKE IN MARCH ​Chocolate Chip Muffins- such a treat! ​Breakfast Casserole- good anytime of the day. ​Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal- tastes like carrot cake, but acceptable for breakfast! ​Easy Quinoa Salad- my go-to! ​Twice Baked Potatoes- such a good side! ​Egg Salad- classic or avocado! I love them both! ​Roasted Asparagus- serve with any meal. ​Roasted Carrots- a staple at our house. ​Potato Leek Soup- serve with crusty bread! ​Fish Tacos- so fresh! ​Goulash- a cozy one pot meal! ​Easy Baked Salmon- love a good sheet pan meal. ​Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuits- comfort food! ​Homemade Fish Sticks- my boys love these! ​Cabbage Soup- lots of veggies! ​Slow Cooker Dinner- simple and tasty! ​Chickpea Salad- a protein packed lunch! ​Chocolate Mint Cookies- fun for St. Patrick's Day! ​Carrot Cake Loaf- the perfect dessert for spring! ​Cadbury Egg Cookies- my FAVORITE!
