Hey there reader!
Today, I want to share some easy one-pot recipes I often use during busy times. If you're already feeling the pressure of a busy season and everything else going on in the world, then I think you'll appreciate having these one-pot dinners saved.
Other reasons you'll love these recipes:
- Recipes come together in under 30 minutes.
- Delicious, healthy comfort food.
- One pot means easy cleanup!
My Favorite One-Pot Recipes!
⭐️ Classic Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice One-Pot Dinner - It's funny because I've made this recipe 100s of times over the years but only just shared it on my blog this past week.
It was one of those recipes I started making because I needed to get rid of leftovers. Anyway, I've had many people ask me for a chicken and rice recipe, so I finally took the time to write it up. I think this will quickly become a favorite with readers. We love it!
⭐️ Tortellini with Sausage and Broccoli - My youngest daughter loves it when I make this recipe. Which is fine with me because it's one of the easiest recipes on my blog. It has great flavor and comes together quickly.
⭐️ Homemade Hamburger Helper - What 80s kid doesn't love hamburger helper? Haha..oh, maybe it's just me? Anyway, if you need a way to stretch a pound of ground beef (or turkey), then this is your recipe. It's definitely a 10 on the comfort food scale, but you don't have to feel guilty eating it because it's made with wholesome ingredients..and love, of course!
Those are the three one-pot meals that I make most often.
I offer tips in each recipe to prep ingredients beforehand to shave cooking time off even more during the week.
I'm always looking for new one-pot recipes. If you have a good one, then I'd love it if you could share it in our Reset & Flourish Community Facebook group and tag me @organizeyourselfskinny. Thanks so much!
Talk to you soon!
