Grocery budget feels out of control? Turns out you’re not alone.

Hi reader,

Do you ever walk into the grocery store and feel defeated because the price of food has gone up so much and there's nothing you can do about it?

I've been feeling that a lot lately, so rest assured - you're not alone. Even grocery budgeting experts get frustrated now and then!

Anytime I feel this way though, I remind myself that while I can't control the price of food, there are a lot of things I can control.

And if I stick to my plan - the one I made before I left the house, and the one I'll follow and modify as the week goes on - then I will still be saving money.

If you're feeling defeated and frustrated with how expensive food has become, I have good news!

Next month I'm hosting a BRAND NEW training called Crush Inflation Challenge.

You can't control the price of food and you can't control inflation.

But for 5 days I'll teach you about the things you CAN control, including how you shop, what you buy, and how much you spend.

My goal is to equip you with simple techniques that are proven to save money AND how to use them strategically so that even though grocery prices are skyrocketing, you're still saving money on food every week.

And even better news, it's completely free!!

Here's what my readers had to say the last time I did a money-saving challenge:

All you have to do is click here to join.

I'll send you a reminder the day before the challenge starts and come Monday, March 18, we'll hit the ground running!

I look forward to seeing you there!

PS - My Crush Inflation Challenge is going to be the most important training I'll give all year. Inflation is out of our control, but you don't have to be a victim of high food prices. You CAN still save money on groceries!
