Here are some of the most popular ones: It looks like muffins were all the rage, and it makes sense- so many of you guys have little ones heading back to school after summer vacation! ​Healthy blueberry muffins. No butter and with the addition of Greek yogurt that adds protein and moisture! ​4 ingredient banana muffins. You read this correctly!! ​Healthy banana blueberry muffins. 5 simple ingredients and accidentally gluten-free. ​Almond flour muffins. Made and loved by thousands of you :) ​ This week's most-made recipes Based on Google searches, these have been making your menu this week. ​Eggplant pizza. A low carb and veggie packed alternative to a traditional pizza crust! ​"Armadillo" eggs. Don't let the name scare you- it's simply BBQ glazed bacon wrapped meatballs with a stuffed jalapeno center! ​Garlic butter steak bites. 4 ingredients and 10 minutes- this is such a family favorite! ​4 ingredient banana bread. Not going to lie, these might be better than the muffins! ​Air fryer bacon. Okay, I am NEVER cooking bacon stovetop again! ​ Recipes we tested this week in our kitchen... This week, we've been testing... Christmas cookies! Yes, it is super early for it, but we are overhauling our holiday dessert repertoire, and we need a big head start, ha. Also, it's freezing in Melbourne Australia, so having the ovens on constantly helps :D ​ My kitchen staples I often get asked what my kitchen staples are, and I thought I'd highlight a few each week, especially if they are on sale and something I reckon will make a huge difference in your kitchen! ​Air fryer. It's on sale again! Make crispy French fries or buttery Biscuits in them. ​Food processor. This one is so good to make my favorite larabars. ​ What I've shared this week ​Kani salad. Better than a Japanese restaurant and so easy to make. ​Chocolate peppermint cookies. No baking required and using wholesome ingredients. ​Matcha ice cream. Okay, I may or may not have made two pints of this... ​Mango mousse. Rich, creamy, and 3 ingredients. ​Chocolate protein ice cream. Guilt-free chocolate dessert fix.
