Hi friends, happy weekend!
Today, Miguel and I are heading to Ohio to celebrate my dad's birthday with the fam, so I'm expecting delicious cookout food. And Sunday I'm planning on getting a little work done in the form of recipe testing, so all and all a very good weekend.
Today I'm sharing the latest recipes from the blog, along with a few extras that are perfect for summer. Enjoy!
Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cherry season calls for a batch of these Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies. Similar to traditional chocolate chip cookies but with the addition of fresh cherries or maraschino cherries, this recipe is a tasty way to jazz up cookies. If you're a fan of Ben & Jerry's "Cherry Garcia" ice cream, this recipe is for you!
Need a simple summer side dish? Make Grilled Potatoes! This 3-ingredient recipe transforms regular baby potatoes into a golden and buttery side dish to pair with your favorite grilled meats and proteins. Seriously such a summer cookout staple!
This 30-minute Orzo Risotto recipe is addictively decadent. It's made with orzo pasta instead of arborio rice but is just as creamy, flavorful, and cheesy as traditional risotto! Such an incredible recipe that's a twist on a classic!
These Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are made with no breading, and are perfect for when you need something quick, easy and delicious for lunch or dinner! Love this anytime during the summer for lunch, dinner, or even a fast snack!
This crunchy Asian Chopped Salad is an easy way to get your veggies in! The recipe is made with cabbage, carrots and edamame and topped with a simple yet flavorful 6-ingredient honey sesame dressing. Perfect for weekday lunches!
Mini Vegan S'mores Cheesecakes
These Mini Vegan S'mores Cheesecakes are made with a graham cracker crust, cashew-based middle and topped with chocolate ganache and a marshmallow. The dessert when in the mood for a twist on summer s'mores!
If you make any of these recipes, be sure to leave a comment and star rating on the blog and let me know what you think – I love hearing from you!
