It's the weekend and the perfect time to start thinking about what you are going to eat next week. I think I am always thinking about my next meal, ha! Anyone else?
I love having a plan so our kitchen is stocked and we are prepared to cook delicious meals!
Use the weekend to make a list, go to the grocery store, and meal prep what you can so you set your week up for success!

- Baked Fish Sticks- my boys love these! Serve with potato wedges.
- Taco Skillet- easy weeknight meal!
- Curried Chickpea Salad- love this for lunch! (pictured above)
- Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oatmeal- the best combo!
- Blender Salsa- I always have this in the fridge.
- Cookie of the Week- my boys requested these for après ski!
