America 250 Foundation Commencing Search for CEO A nationwide search to select a new president and CEO of the America 250 Foundation is underway! The next phase of preparations for America 250 will aim to increase public awareness and engagement around the Foundation's plans to create and inspire more than 100,000 programs. Additional details about the search process will be announced in the coming weeks.  Thank you, Tony After more than two years of dedicated service, Dr. Tony Rucci concluded his role as President and CEO of the America 250 Foundation. The son of an immigrant who earned a Purple Heart in World War II, Tony has held immense pride in being American his entire life. When the opportunity to be involved in what is expected to be our nation's largest and most inclusive milestone was presented to him, he simply could not refuse. Under his leadership, the Foundation has become fully operational, from securing partnerships, fundraising, staffing, and implementing a strategic planning process to guide the vision and purpose of America 250. As the nationwide search for a new president and CEO begins, we are grateful for Tony's governance and look forward to the next chapter of this momentous journey to 2026. The two marketing and PR pros will bring their seasoned expertise to head communications and branding efforts leading up to the largest and most inclusive commemoration in American history in 2026. Sharing Women's Stories Women's history is everywhere. We feel it when we visit our national parks and exercise our rights at the voting booth. We see it in the fight against COVID-19 and the science behind vaccinations. And we even hear it during the seventh-inning stretch. Women's History Month may be coming to an end.
