There are a number of different opportunities to share your views, now live on our digital engagement platform, CitizenLab. Share your view on CQC's approach during the pandemic To help us ensure we are delivering the most effective regulatory approach we'd like your feedback on how we have regulated during the COVID-19 pandemic. On CitizenLab you'll find two projects to share your feedback. - You can post your idea through this project
- You can also share your feedback through our short survey
Share your view on how CQC communicates with health and social care providers and professionals To help us understand how best to share the information needed by health and social care providers and professionals we'd like your feedback on how we currently do this. Please share your thoughts on our communications and content and let us know the topics and discussions you'd like us pick-up in future. - You can post your idea through this project
- You can also share your feedback through our short survey
Evaluation of CQC's transitional regulatory approach To help us continue to develop our approach and understand what we may need to change we'd like to hear your views on our TRA through a short survey. From October 2020 we introduced our transitional regulatory approach (TRA). The purpose of this approach was to ensure we continued to deliver our core purpose of keeping people safe as well as support providers of health & social care during the pandemic. Read more about our approach and take part in the survey here. COVID-19 Insight reports We'd like to hear your feedback on our COVID-19 Insight reports. Please review issue number nine and provide your views on them here. In May 2020 we published our first COVID-19 Insight report to highlight COVID-19 related pressures on the sectors that we regulate. We've continued to publish Insight reports on the challenges of the pandemic on health and social care services and intended them to be an opportunity for: - sharing and reflecting on what has gone well
- understanding and learning from the experience of what hasn't
- helping health and care systems prepare better for the future.
We want these insight reports to help everyone involved in health and social care to work together to learn from the first stages of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. State of Care 2019/2020 evaluation We'd like to know your thoughts on our State of Care (SoC) report published in October 2020. Throughout the years that we've published the State of Care report we've identified areas of good quality care, and highlighted where improvements need to be made. The pandemic has magnified health inequalities, funding needs and pressures across care systems that we've reported on in previous years. Your views on our 20119/2020 report will help us to identify where our focus should be when we're analysing and reflecting on social care and care systems for 2020/2021. Please click the button below to take part in the survey. Deadline for the survey is Monday 5th April 2021. |
