Happy New Year! We're excited to kick off 2026 with you. Before we dive into lofty goals and big resolutions, we're taking a beat to ease back into our routines after the holiday rush. Instead of overhauling everything at once, we're starting small … with breakfast.
Breakfast may not be the most important meal of the day, as decades of marketing might have us believe. But! It is the first meal of our day, which feels like the most natural place to begin — whether it's five quiet minutes with nut-buttered toast, a plate of spiral folded eggs (stunning, right?!), a comforting bowl of congee, or even last night's leftovers. We're determined to make the most of this year … one meal at a time.
