It’s BEST from now until June, so now is a great time to get creative with this veggie!

Also, here’s a fun trivia fact: these little green (or white and purple) stalks are actually part of the lily family. They’re also super tasty and incredibly nutrient-dense.

Asparagus is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K, disease-fighting antioxidants, and fiber, making it a nutrient-dense food.
