Several months ago, I asked if you would be interested in the presentation I've given (dozens and dozens of times) at group events over the years focused on: How to Get Dinner on the Table Without Losing Your Sanity.
Hundreds of you responded and said that yes, yes!! You would most definitely love to see the presentation and get all the coping skills for this dinnertime task that so many of us dread.
I finally got the entire presentation typed up and put in a blog post for you! Read it, refer back to it, glean tips and recipes from it, or use it if YOU need to give a presentation on this topic.
Ultimately, my hope is that the information will be helpful for you as you plan weekly menus, attempt to get dinner on the table, work around picky eaters, and try to survive (and even have fun!) with the process.
