What unnecessary steps can I ELIMINATE?
It can be as simple as:
- Focusing on just one key daily habit that matters most. Keep it simple and impactful.
- Saying “no” to extra steps. For instance, instead of cooking every single night, try meal prepping for a few days at once and making it easy on yourself.
- Aiming for small but consistent actions. For example, walking at least 30 minutes per day every day.
Whatever you can do to lessen the resistance!
Remember: Doing less doesn’t mean caring less.
It means being strategic and focusing your energy on the actions that truly move the needle.
