Are you one of the many places that is going to get hit with snow this weekend?! We are (hopefully!) and I am pumped. I love a big snowstorm and can’t wait to have a cozy weekend in. Fire on, multiple loaves of sourdough, lots of reading, good food and more. I’m really hoping we can avoid the not fun parts too. January is Januarying and feeling a million years long! And while I’m good on my goals I shared last week, two other big big goals that I have for this year are just sort of hanging out and floating by my face every day while I struggle to get motivated. I’m going to blame it on January! And the cold and the lack of sunshine. Oh, P.S. here’s a few things that would be perfect to make over the snowy weekend: My best ever baked oatmeal, because it’s like oatmeal cake. I’d even eat it for dinner. A batch of fire roasted chicken tortellini soup, plus some gruyere herb slab biscuits. These french onion chicken lasagna roll ups because they are a serious labor of love! My brown butter chocolate chip cookie bars, because you can replace the chocolate chips with m&m’s… or even peanut butter m&ms. In valentine colors! Oh and the other thing is that you should definitely make this whipped teddy graham latte this weekend! I mean… OMG.
